Butte College and CSU, Chico are still anxious to participate in the Sidewalk Project.  The Public Works Director thinks the project should be done in the summer when school is out.  However, April may be a better time as the Butte College and CSU, Chico students school semester ends in May.  They won’t be available in the Summer.
